No problem. This Slogan follows on the famous Slogan "What would Jesus do (WWJD)" which should inspire you to think in different situations about that: "What Jesus Would Do".
So the Slogan "What would Jesus bomb?" should bring those humans, for whose sake a war is going on, to think about what Jesus would do in this Situation, "What Jesus would bomb"

Why should we think about what Jesus would do if he is living in us( read Ephesians 3.17). Isn´t he acting through us?

Yes, he lives in us, but we sin anyway. So it can't be enough, only to let him living in us, if we still continue sin. If we call to God (Psalm 50, 15) and ask HIM; then the bombing (e.g.) can be determinated, if we obey.
